REQUEST TRANSCRIPT
You can request a transcript from three organizations.

-Ravenburn College (email ravenburnfaculty@gmail.com). This is the preferred way to request a transcript.

-The Open Latch Education Foundation (email olefservice@gmail.com)

-The Council of Oversight for Faculty School Accreditation (COFSA) (email cofsaservice@gmail.com)

A single transcript (emailed or land mailed) will be provided for free. We will assess a small charge to bulk requests or frequent requests simply to offset land mailings.

SUBMIT MANUSCRIPT TO PRESS
For us, there is no slush pile! We will look at anything once. We do not accept proposals except for children's picture books (include some artwork, please). If you are submitting a book manuscript (novel, nonfiction, textbook), at least half of the book needs to be done. If you are submitting poetry, please submit a minimum of 10 poems. We prefer digital submissions so that we can pass it on quickly to our assessors and so that you have a digital record of your submission. Please send us your work to: ravenburnfaculty@gmai.com.
If you still would rather mail us your work via postal service, please send your material to the following land address (the material will not be returned):
Ravenburn Books, 2416 6th St., Cuyahoga Falls, OH 44221.

Please remember that Ravenburn Press carefully determines what it decides to publish. The only surefire way you will remain unpublished is to never submit your work to anybody. But who wants to publish on a platform that accepts everything? Good luck, and all submissions will receive email correspondence from us to keep you posted on how your work is faring.

CONCERNS AND COMPLAINTS
Ravenburn College belongs to the faculty-school system, whose accreditation agency is OLEF (The Open Latch Education Foundation) and whose recognition agency is COFSA (The Council of Oversight for Faculty School Accreditation).

For the faculty-school system, a "concern" is simply communication that alerts someone of a potential problem. This communication does not get archived and can take the form of a phone call, an email, a text, and so forth. It is good to voice a concern if simply want to point out that you feel something may be heading sideways.

A "complaint" is an elevated concern. A complaint must be submitted in writing via email, and it and all responses will be archived. Please use the following email addresses if the need arises. If you feel the need to do so, feel free to copy other organizations to the complaint email:
